On Wednesday, December 7th, BRACE automotive development and ACE Mobility signed a partner agreement, whereby BRACE automotive development joins the selection of automotive companies that have connected with ACE Mobility.
Last summer, Team Windesheim from Zwolle won the RDW Self Driving Challenge. BRACE had the honour of inviting the student team to Lightyear, producer of the very first solar-powered car.
Verification activities have long been of critical importance in safety related development activities. The confirmation measures in the ISO 26262 are used to evaluate the correctness of a workproduct towards the rules of ISO 26262. In product development lifecycle, confirmation review checks if the requirements of the standard set for a work product have been satisfied by the work product that is actually created.
The Self Driving Challenge 2022 was won by the student team from Zwolle. The Windesheim team was seven corners ahead of the Groningen team and took the coveted title. The aim of the challenge was to have a self-driving vehicle race flawlessly over the entire track, or as far as possible in the fastest time.
