Your mediation data (CV, work experience, training, test results, etc.) are available up to two years after the last contact if you did not work for BRACE. You will receive a message from us two years after the last contact and two years after the last contact that you are registered with us, with the question you are still in agreement. You can decide at any time to change your CV or change your account details. You can also indicate at any time that you wish to delete your data from BRACE. You can send your request to the e-mail address below and BRACE will comply with your request as soon as possible.
if you work / work for ACE
Your personal data are available up to two years after the end of employment. Certain personal details are available to ACE for the benefit of, for example, claims, audits and tax obligations.
You have the right to view your personal details, to have them corrected or removed. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your data by BRACE and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we process in a computer file to you or another organization you have mentioned. To ensure that such a request was made by yourself, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and social security number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks. BRACE makes every effort to optimally protect your personal data against unauthorized use, unwanted disclosure, unauthorized modification or loss.
