Job description

  • Create and maintain certification documentation (OBD and AECD/AES)
  • Discuss content of emissions and OBD documentation
  • Authoring parts of the documentation with consultation of the technical experts
  • Planning, tracking and reviewing changes
  • Guide the editing, reviewing and approval process
  • Maintain and create scripting for automated documentation creation and review
  • Maintenance and development of tooling to control, maintain and optimize requirement processes and documentation

Job profile

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
  • Advanced scripting skills (Python/XLST) for automated documentation
  • Experience with (heavy duty diesel) engines and aftertreatment; calibration and/or On-Board Diagnostics background
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills are mandatory
  • Advanced English skills are mandatory
  • Knowledge in using DITA and associated documentation tools
  • Structured working approach combined with progress monitoring within the department
  • Challenged by securing technical knowledge into documentation
  • Pro-active attitude and the ability to work with many different stakeholders and organizations
