As a member of the commercial team, you will help ensure that BRACE will double in the coming years. This is done at both customer and employee level. A true 360 ​​degree roll:

• developing the client portfolio and attracting new talent;
• Professionally propagating the BRACE proposition;
• Building long-term relationships with clients;
• responsible for turnover, price and margin;
• You create business in existing and new segments;
• You provide input and maintain commercial data in our CRM system.

From our head office in Eindhoven you mainly serve clients in the Netherlands, but of course you don't miss out on any commercial opportunities abroad!

your profile

• Completed HBO education;
• You are a commercial talent and you have a proven track record in a comparable position within a B2B environment;
• You are a self-starter, go-getter and competitive;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business services environment;
• Able to convert the knowledge and expertise of our engineers into added value projects for our customers;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language.
